To ensure you receive your order confirmation, our news, special offers and promotional email from PintSize Picasso™ be sure to add us to your “safe sender” list. Emails sent after normal business hours will be handled the following business day. We read every message we receive and we try to reply (within one business day) promptly, when a reply is appropriate. However, we do not reply to all feedback. The information you provide to us is used to respond to your questions or comments, so please be as specific as possible. Shipping Terms and Conditions
Orders are processed within one or two business days and shipped within three to four business days, unless other arrangements have been made. In order to best use our labor and resources while our business grows, we have a consolidated shipping process. We process and confirm orders as soon as possible, packing and shipping our orders on a bi-weekly schedule. Expedited shipping service is available! Please contact us to discuss your needs, the additional cost and how we can best serve you. An e-mail notification will be sent to you when your order is being processed and shipped.
Rates and Carriers
Shipping and handling fees are calculated during the check-out process. We will notify you regarding the method of shipping, providing you with the date your order is being shipped and the tracking number, when applicable. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders providing only a P.O. Box will ship via USPO Priority Mail and can take up to five business days to arrive.
U.S. Priority Mail does not provide a tracking number, however we will indicate the date your order shipped. UPS Ground or other Carriers can be tracked online using the tracking number we send you. Craft Kits, Craft Centers and Accessories will be shipped immediately upon availability and you will not be charged for any items until they are shipped to you. Because of the unique nature of our products and our production process, specific items may be discontinued without notice, but replaced by a similar item. In this case, we will notify you of the substitution and we thank you, in advance, for your patience.
